Stewart Yates is based in Assynt, an area centered around the village of Lochinver on the north west coast of Scotland.

Stewart is a qualified Mountain Guide (SML) and Licensed Angling Coach (UKCC) and offers guided fly fishing for all, from novice family groups to the veteran angler, everyone is welcome.

Fishing lochs from the bank, a boat, or a float tube, fishing rivers, small streams, coastal saltwater fishing and even fully kitted out camping expeditions, he offers a wide variety of options for you to enjoy.

As well as the technical skills required of a good fishing guide, Stewart has a real passion for all aspects of the area that he lives in and takes great pride in the services that he offers. In his own words - I will always be 'A Guide who takes you Fishing' and never simply 'A Fishing Guide'.
