Mike,

for anyone thinking about fishing the limestone lochs of Durness, this fly with a holographic red tinsel rib has been our most consistent fly over the last 10 years fished as a middle or top dropper on a team of three on a long leader with a skinny hares lug and an epoxy buzzer tied on size 14 B175  Kamasan and fished at the slowest figure of eight retrieve possible on days with a slight ripple which are rare in that part of the world. These are deadly.

Did anyone manage yo read that without passing out?

I know im a smoker and should be used to reduced oxygen levels, but a few more full stops would still be handy.
