Managed to persuade Dan away from the X-box this morning for a couple of hours to catch the falling tide.

We probably got there about an hour late, but he still managed to get his first seatrout amongst a few other things, as usual :z4

Only a small sea-trout, but still a sea-trout

Between us we had several prawns, a few flatties and a crab

and 3 sea-trout (no sign of any finnock), 2 bars of silver and one coloured, biggest one was a belter :z3 All went back to go and make a few more

Great couple of hours with the bairn. :z12

that last trout is a belter.

It was  :wink  My best for the season by quite a margin and still looking really bonny :z16

The crab was not best pleased when i coerced him to let go, so you may well be correct :z4 :z4

Nice fish Sandy, wish we could get some rain to coax them up the river to my beat.
