Hi Mike,

Let me know if you have any spaces available, would love to try float tubing but would need the tube & waders etc supplied as it's not something I have sitting in the garage.

Thanks
Andrew

Hi Andrew ........ Welcome to the forum :z16

I have all the kit available and there will be space on the day. Just come along if you fancy trying it and it is always more fun at a gathering :wink

Best wishes
Mike

Mike,
Stick my name down and keep a tube and waders for me, I will be there from opening. I will see if anyone from work is interested if you have anymore tubes available.
Thanks
Andrew

Hi folks

Looks like seven float tubes for this gathering and I hope we get conditions like we had today

There is plenty of space available for anybody that wants to come along "last minute dot com" :wink

See you tomorrow
Best wishes

Unfortunately I can't make this weekend's gathering but it looks like being an excellent day, weather-wise. I hope everybody has a great time, especially Alex ( Koi keeper), a float-tube virgin!

All the best

What a day :z4
Haddo lived up to it's reputation
I had a great time.
Big thanks to Mike for laying it on again, and for the help and thanks to the other guys for the company.
Great day out, thanks.

Hi Dave :z16

It was great to see you enjoying yourself on the water today! It really was a super day to be out there  I must confess to getting a tad nervous when I saw you being towed about by that fish down by the island, I think you can consider your body to have passed the test :z4

The fishing was pretty good too ..... Stuart Smith netting 35+ fish up to around 7 lb, Dave Olley 20 up to 10 lb, Kev Danby 18 up to 4½ lb, Kevin Muir 15 up to 5 lb and Peter McCallum 10 up to 4 lb. The two "maiden voyages" had fun too, Andrew Finlay tempting 9 fish up to 6 lb and Alex Thain 6 up to 4 lb :z15

(below) I think I've possibly discovered Kev's secret .... he uses a second invisible rod :z4

(below) Aye, it was a super day to be out there

Best wishes
Mike

Looked like a great outing, good day and plentiful troots - well peed off  :cry as I haven't been out in the tube since the last gathering. Next time.

Mike,
Thanks for the opportunity to try out tubing, I must admit was a bit tentative at first but thoroughly enjoyed the day and the company. A friendlier bunch of guys couldn’t be found anywhere else.
Cheers will definitley be up for the next one family depending.
