I am a bit of a Virgin when it comes to blobs,my neighbour has asked me to tie him some(Honest).any advice on colours fritz or whatever would be most welcomecheers
Orange Fritz with a short Yellow tail & Lime Green Fritz with a short orange tail, seam to be colours that I get asked to tie most.Alex
I use B160's Size can be from 6-10 ( sounds huge but they are not to bad ) Normally use 6mm fritz and if you want a tail i use a few strands from a hank of UV Tinsel!Best asking Jim doyle hes the blob king Any 6mm fritz would do i guess!
Everything is still thawing out Tomorrow i will be out for definite This link might be helpfull http://www.completefisher.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11457or this onehttp://www.completefisher.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=857
How did the blobs get on then Derek, any photo's?? On you tube if you search for the FU blob it shows you a nice wee trick to tidy up the heads
Send me a photo and i will give you my opinion if you like
Place one of your blobs next to a natural blob and you would not be able to tell the difference!
A blob is like ground baiting in coarse fishing terms - it brings the fish in for a nosey
Go on then , Picture that eh?Hanging over the side of the boat at lintrathen ground baiting with orange blobs That would raise some eyebrows
