Pattern for a W.S.W. (Walter's Secret Weapon)
« on: 26/06/2008 at 10:22 »
Can someone provide me with the tying pattern for a WSW, or even better a picture of one?  Nearest thing I have is a wooly bugger and would like to see the difference between the 2.

Thanks in advance!

BigYin.

WSW is very much the same as a wooly bugger, except he palmers a genetic saddle feather the whole length of the fly in touching turns, i dont think it has a body as such under the hackle.
I've seen plenty, but never made one so have no photos, but someone is bound to have some to photograph :z16
