Hello Everyone,
Thank you for accepting me into the forum.
My name is Scott and I am about to move and settle in Glenkindie next month.  I am very much looking forward to getting back into fly fishing after working abroad for the last 30 years and having very little time to pursue my passion. I grew up in Herefordshire, fishing the River Wye mostly. Being new to the area I will be calling on all your experience and guidance over the coming months. I very much look forward to catching up with some of you soon. All the best Scott. :z18

Hi Scott, welcome to the forum  :z16

Thanks for the introduction, you will have lots of great water to explore and enjoy on the upper river.

Looking forward to your posts and crossing paths on the banks.

Cheers
Mike

Hi Scott

Welcome to the forum.  I would live in Glenkindie too, if I didn’t have to go to dyce for Work.  As it is I have based myself in Alford so I can cover all the good bits of river within 30mins drive. I fish the upper river a lot on various beats so I will no doubt bump into you at times.  I do prefer it from Alford upstream as you can pretty much cover every fish you spot.
Send me a PM if you want to ask anything specific

Welcome Scott, you've picked a lovely part of the world and some fantastic fishing close to you.

And, not too far to reach the Deveron either.  *smiley-wink*

Cheers
