Cheers Mike.

Tied up something a little different yesterday, took a couple of goes to get a half decent profile. Something to experiment with over the winter.

Good morning guys,
Hi guys, these days I’ve been obsessed with Danica flies—I’ve tied around 100 flies in the last days:)  I’ve been experimenting with different variations, but the two below are the ones I’ve been tying for a long time. On the emerger, I replaced the Kapok dubbing with body yarn.

Cheers and happy tying :)

Wee Spider point fly with small subdued bead behind hackle , found it helps to just lift the hackle and stop it collapsing along the body 🎣🎣 Not sure what too consider it imitating but seams to do the trick.

Nice one Kevin, that looks fishy  :)

I've got some Flymphs that are similar, not caught anything on them, but probably not fished them enough to be fair.

Saw this on YouTube so thought I’d give it a try , only first attempt  so needs a bit of practice , I went and cut the feelers a bit short as they say measure twice cut once 😂 salmon flies aren’t my forte but putting some together for the new season 🎣🎣
