Was there when i was a kid whats the score there now, used to be worms i used is that still the case or is it fly only, is there boats/tube/wading also wild/stocked brownies or rainbows.

what about ticket price?

Its fly only , run by the Fraserburgh Angling Association , Its bank only , no wading allowed. It has two feeders burns so has a good head of wild Browns, the club also stocks Rainbows.

A day ticket which runs from 09:00 until midnight was £10 last season , you can keep 3 fish if you so desire. It is a large water by Aberdeenshire standards so can be difficult.

Aye Dave , if you want to keep 3 fish for your tenner you can , mind you that was last season , it could be more expensive this year. Its not open all year round , only the Brownie season March to October.

It has a fantastic Sedge hatch on summer evenings.
Well worth a try, but i would treat it as an evening trip during the summer

Well thats quite a good price for all day, but i guess with it being a fair size and nae boats or tubes it must be quite hard going is it?

        It is not really that hard to fish forget about the water you canot fish, concentrate on the sides and keep moving it does the trick for me.

or give me pm when you are going and i will meet you up there.  I fish it  a few times a week, with been in the fishing club.
