Returning to the site after a few years away. God to be back. I have now started fly tying and still very much at the novice stage. Looking forward to a Winter of fly tying practise. Some very nice examples on the Fly Tying section to try to copy.
Already started using my own home-tied flies on both river and still waters with some success, so it should only get better.
Biggest problem now is - what to do with all of the shop-bought flies ?
