Brothers,
two weeks ago, I was Belly Boat fishin a wee reservoir in Holland called "de Ronde Bleek"
Approx. 4 acres wide and 14 meter at the deepest
Stocked with Rainbows up to 1 meter!!!
I've cought a couple in the morning session on several fly patterns fished on a Di5
after lunch the trout were active high in the suface, so I tied on a large brown foam hopper, wich I cal "the Beast" coz of its size (5 cm !!)
"the Beast" was good for 5 trout in a row, and the last one wasnt the least one!!!
nearly 80 cm long and approx 12 lbs!!
The trout kept me drilling for at least 15 min. pulling flyline and 10 meter backing of my reel
