Pontoon boats or float tubes:  I prefer float tubes for fishing. ( but pontoons do get you from A to B a lot faster )

Breathable or Neoprene waders:  Not sure, I wouldn't rule out fishing with neoprenes again, but in stockingfoot.

For float tubing - neoprene is better suited for a full day of 'tubing IMHO.
I've not used a pontoon boat and it is something I'd be keen to explore.

i only fish neoprenes from a tube - you get far too cold otherwise.

Also neoprene stands the rigours of tubing very very well.

Infact i think i might give up on breathables generally for fishing as they all leak after a season or 2s use.....which is rubbish
