So it was my neck of the woods that you were moving to. Haven't got down to the Isla yet but it is on the cards. Along with the North Esk, Backwater etc etc.... 
I would have been placed for the Luther, West Water and North Esk as well as the head waters of the Bervie.
Was looking in Auchenblae, the house next to the house my dad owned
I helped build it 30 years ago as I lent a hand leveling concrete, shifting bricks etc for the family that built it. Would have loved to live in something I had a hand in. Such is life!
