Another good week for anglers at Delgatie with near perfect conditions allowing the fish to feed for long periods throughout the day and resulting in some good bags being taken.
D and G McKay from Inverness had a couple of good days at Delgatie, landing over 100 fish between them with bags of 35, 25, 21 and 20 and landing fish of 9.8lb and 8lb all on buzzers. C Muszynski, , T Maudsley, J Bradbury and I Dunnington from Manchester stayed at Delgatie to fish for four days and landed 108 fish on various flies with a best fish of 6lb while J Kerr bagged 31 on a home tied lure with the heaviest being 5.8lb.
K Duguid landed 12 on lures with a fish of 15lb being his best while C Stevens landed 12 to 5.8lb also on lures. A Hay boated 11 to 3lb on buzzers and T Novak landed 10 to 4lb on a bunny-leech. K Milne landed a fish of 5lb in his bag of 9 while N Alton, F Murray, G Wood and E Wood all landed 8 with a fish of 5lb falling to E Wood.
