Bailing the boats after that spot of weather, it was great to see lots of surface activity, the Broons are fairly splashing about.
Looking in the catch returns, CDCs, Kates, Emergers, Spiders, Daddies, Crunchers, Hares Ear Klinks, Hares Ear Nymphs, Hoppers, Damsels and Bibios are proving popular with the trout
Some of the catches recorded since the last report include Ewan Lindsay tempting 18 Broons, Marx Murdoch 17, Bob Dillon 16 and 14 on a second visit, Dario Swartz 12, Robert Duthie 9, Andrew May 7 and John Lear netted 6 including a nice 3.5 lb fish.
