Next time your down my neck of the woods give this place a blast!
£12 for 8hrs catch and release and its well worth the money.
Had a wee shot yesterday in horrendus conditions , its loaded with great troot and i had the place to myself along with a friend!
Surface fry feeders galore and great quality of fish. Fish were rising occassionaly and battering fry all over the top of the water.
The place its self had great platforms, great water clarity, good depth in places, not to small  and no weed at all allowing you to fish every method possible!
Doubt i will be out much this winter but if i do venture out i will deffinately give this place another bash  :wink, very impressed  :z16

Yup very nice looking Bow. You bought in or what Baz :z4 With this weather and my winter lethargy waiting 2 weeks shouldn't be a problem. Iain will probably want to buy a new rod or two especially for there anyway so we will need to sort that first :z4

Iam back on the 14th Iain so still plenty days left for me to get out fishing  :z4
Today was an intresting day, fished well as always but mid way through my session i heard some rustling in the reeds as if a fish was stuck!
After further inspection and rumaging about like a geek i was amazed of the amount of coarse fry i found in the reeds, i dipped my net in just the once and near filled it with fry up to 4"  :shock

There was lots of movement subsurface all day with fish chasing fry, looks like i will have to tie up some big orange eyed fry patterns  :z16
Awesome to watch the fish being chased  :grin
