I thought the head profile diagrams were a good addition to the review - this is presumably why the original SS taper is so effective for short casts!

just looked at your website Mike , so i take it that the plan going forward is SS in sizes 1 -4 then SLX 5 and above ?

I thought it was a good format for testing. Particularly measuring  the 30'  and full head weights, which not all manufacturers publicise.

Yes, that's how I think they work best ( but I will also offer the Smallstream #5 again soon ).

In those times where you didn't then upsizing the SS was perfect
